What do you ride?

How long have you been riding?
Bikes my whole life, fixed almost 3 years.
Why do you ride fixed?
It keeps me in shape and provides me with low cost transportation. Plus, its fun as hell!
How’d you get introduced to fixed riding?
When I was stationed in the Navy in Hawaii, a dude that worked at a store I frequented let me ride his bike for a couple minutes. I was hooked.
Why do you wanna go to Austin?
I think it will be a challenging experience, plus I get to do it with some of the very best people.
Do you have any distance riding experience?
Not a lot but I’ve rode 60-80 miles a few times just for shits and giggles.
How are you preparing for the ride?
Riding longer distances on the weekends, stretching more and drinking lots of water.
Where’s your favorite place in town to go ride? In the world?
Oak Cliff! Austin is real nice to ride, and Hawaii has some great scenery.
Do you have any inspirations or heroes?
Rahsaan Bahati, Gregory Bauge, David Zabriske and Fabian Cancellara. All Beasts!
What’s the stupidest/most embarrassing thing you’ve done on your bike?
Nothing too bad. I guess I’ve been pretty lucky.

I enjoy long rides around Dallas and candle lit dinner’s ladies! Hahaha.
